Was getting combined 28.5 mpg with my '12 Mustang v6. Traded it in for a '14 mustang, almost the exact same car- just newer. With the oem tires on the '14- I am only getting 24.3 mpg. Debating spending the extra cash to replace those tires for a new set of these.
Can't rate winter conditions- a Mustang is not a winter car. Since I live in rural IL, have a 4x4 for that.
